— Changeable payment dates: 15th, 20th, 25th

Is Value Added Tax (VAT) included in the plan subscription fee?

Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged separately for each subscription fee for each plan.
You can check the final amount including VAT on the amount to be paid page during the subscription process.

What happens to my existing data if I cancel my subscription?

Your personal data will be deleted as soon as you cancel your subscription. Other data such as cloud resources, costs, and security check results is stored for up to 3 months.
Also, after canceling and unsubscribing, it is not possible to restore data for the previous subscription period.

What types of prepaid payment methods are there?

[Automatic monthly payment]
It is a method of paying the usage fee in advance every month. A monthly plan consists of a subscription plan or per-user pricing, and the subscription automatically renews on the monthly end date if you don't cancel the subscription.

[1-year prepaid subscription]
It is a method of paying the usage fee for 1 year in advance each year. If you don't cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 1-year period.

You can add up to the basic number of cloud accounts provided in each plan at no additional charge. If you add more cloud accounts than the built-in number, additional charges will be automatically paid as follows.

[If you have a monthly subscription]
If you add a cloud account, the usage fee for each cloud account is calculated per day and automatically paid immediately. At this time, the increase is calculated by applying the number of days remaining from the date the cloud account was added until the next subscription payment date. After the date you added the subscription, it will be automatically paid in addition to the existing subscription fee from the date you added it.


[For prepaid subscriptions]
If you add the number of cloud accounts, the number of days remaining in the contract period is calculated and billed at the daily rate per cloud account.

How do I register the Cloud account I'm currently using to use the service?
