Opsnow provides a Custom Repoort Exporter (CRE) service that can generate reports using the user pivot function.

Using the user pivot function, large amounts of data can be created into desired reports and quickly received by email.

It also provides a report template function that can be customized.

Users can create desired report templates while checking the latest small amount of data.
Through the created template, all data can be applied to the template and reports can be received

For all customers using cloud services, it is very difficult to view and analyze large amounts of cost data.
This is because of the limitations of web browsers, large amounts of data cannot be loaded and checked at once.
This also applies to applications such as Excel. This is because large amounts of memory are required to load data.

CRE provides a user template report function.
You can create your own report template by changing the template provided by default.
Users can create reports in the desired format using the Pivot function.
CRE provides the latest small data in preview format.
Reports are configured by loading some of the latest data, and you can download reports with all data applied.

Custom Report Exporter-Service

1. How many months of data can I select?
   • You can select up to 3 months. You can receive an email with a report generated for each month.
2. Can I choose only AWS CSP?
   • At this time of release, only AWS is supported. We plan to support other CSPs in the future.
3. Can I create my own report template?
   • You can create your own report template by clicking the Save As button from the built-in templates.
4. I see a list of some basic report templates. Can I create a new one?
   • These are the templates provided by default. These templates cannot be modified or deleted. However, you can create a new template.
   • After saving using the Save As button, you can create your own template of your choice.
5. When choosing a 3-month month, do I have to choose consecutive months? Yes (September October November)
   • No, you can randomly select the desired 3 months.
6. What happens if there's no data in the month I've selected?
   • If there is no data, an email is sent containing a message that there is no data.
7. Why is the content of the data displayed on the screen different from the actual report received?
   • Loading large amounts of data takes a long time. Load a small amount of recent data for user pivots.
   • Users can create the desired template using the loaded data.
   • At the time of actual export, a report is created using the full data for the selected month and sent by email.
8. Can I create multiple reports for the same month?
   • Yes Report templates with the same conditions require a delay of 3 minutes. You can export them again after 3 minutes.
9. Does the link to download the report attached to the email expire?
   • The report is valid for 7 days from the time it is generated.
