This agreement is characterized by the two companies focusing on maximizing the productivity and efficiency of smart factories by combining digital twins and IoT technologies.

As a result of the signing of this business agreement, the two companies will promote cooperation between OpsNow's all-in-one IoT solution “IoTOPS (IOTOops)” and 3I's digital twin solution “Beamo (Beamo).” Through this, it is expected that users will be able to check visualized data in a 360-degree digital twin environment in real time by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing vast amounts of data generated at various industrial sites such as smart factories.

Both companies plan to significantly improve productivity by quickly determining the condition of factory facilities, the quality of products, the possibility of safety incidents, and replacement cycles through a digital twin environment provided by IoTOps and Bimo. To this end, OpsNow and 3I stated that they plan to cooperate with each other in various fields, including interface and API development, as well as marketing and sales.

OpsNow's IoOps is an all-in-one solution specialized in IoT that provides everything from collecting, processing, and storing large amounts of data generated by IoT devices to customer-specific analysis using AI/ML technology. It can be quickly introduced to industrial sites at a reasonable cost without using expensive equipment such as 3D scanners, and is used in various industrial sites including smart factories because it also supports integration with IoT sensors.
