Thank you for choosing OpsNow! We’re excited to inform you about our new pricing plans for OpsNow Security and AlertNow, designed to provide you with better services at competitive rates.
Starting November 2024, we will be updating our pricing structure as outlined below. We encourage you to review these changes to ensure a seamless experience with our services.
1) OpsNow Security Pricing Plans
*Key Changes
- We have updated our pricing plans from three options to two: Standard and Premium.
- Please note that existing customers will continue to enjoy the same level of service even after the new pricing plans are implemented. (*The Service Tier of the previous Standard plan is equivalent to the Service Tier of the new Premium plan.)
- Existing customer contracts will not be affected by the new pricing plans until they are terminated.
- We have transitioned from a pricing model that charged one license per cloud account to a model based on Workload usage, allowing for more flexibility.
- The ‘Standard’ plan is a cost-effective choice for customers using up to 50 Workloads, while the ‘Premium’ plan supports up to 100 Workloads.
- Instead of a ‘Free’ plan, you can now apply for a 15-day ‘Trial’ (for inquiries, please visit: OpsNow Contact).
- ‘Premium’ customers will receive complimentary access to KSPM.
- KSPM: Kubernetes Security Posture Management.
- An extension that addresses CSPM’s limitation by scanning internal Kubernetes environments.
- Custom Compliance Policies are available for ‘Premium’ customers, allowing for up to 10 policies per month at no additional cost.
2) OpsNow AlertNow Pricing Plans

- We’ve streamlined our plans from four to two, making it simpler for you to find the right option.
- All plans now include unlimited email and SMS notifications.
- Mobile app and voice call notification are provided for ‘Premium’ customers only.
